More figure drawings. This is one of my favorite from the session.

I wish this color scheme wasn't as similar as the other five pounds of bologna, but I'm happy with how it turned out.

It's Been A While

quick drawing of Mike Gluck at the beach

This is the first moleskine I have started since last summer! I wish I had kept up drawing, but hopefully I can get into the swing of things again. I'm now going back to the drawing studio, which was much needed. Taking oil painting classes where we work on something for five 3 hour sessions at a time made me forget how to sketch quickly!

More Nudes

.

....

I still do not understand figure on top of figure! I don't think I ever will, but this one I think is the better of ones I have done.

I'm finally getting able to fit the whole figure into the page, which was a problem I have been dealing with. Woo hoo!

When did July happen?

.

..

I'm not really sure why they tied her up with ribbon, but I guess it made for an interesting pose?

So, in all my nerd glory, I finished Harry Potter on monday, and it was incredible! I don't think I have ever read that much in such a short time span.
By the end of this week I would like to:
1. Finish Becky's tattoo design
2. Paint Becky's Horseshoe fence
3. 3 on location drawings for Jeff
4. Painting for Sara (as promised)
Hopefully I can do most of this! Where is the time going?
